Halloween Hayride and Party

HAYRIDE: 2:00-4:00 p.m.

LOCATION OF LOADING THE WAGONS!
1. LOADING wagons at the Village Office Building (right inside the Main gate).
2. The wagons will head out at 2:00 p.m. to Trick or Treat; then we
3. UNLOAD at the Community Building around 4pm. (party building)
HALLOWEEN PARTY: 4:00-6:00 p.m., approximately.

MORE INFORMATION:
The party begins when all the wagons return. Please be advised: The building will NOT be open until all the wagons return from trick or treating.
Party includes >food >costume contest >bicycle raffle >games just for fun.
Food is chili, peanut butter sandwiches, drinks, chips, and cookies, while supplies last.
There are 2 new bicycles in the raffle. Tickets will be handed out at the door.
The drawing is right after the costume judging. Child winners must be present.
Fort Jefferson UMC and members of the Wayne Lakes community are donating candy, food, $, support, and time to provide this fun time for families in and around the Wayne Lakes community.

A CHILI COOKOFF is included with this event! To enter the CHILI COOKOFF, or to donate a crockpot of Chili contact Karen at
937-336-2293. We need lots of chili. PLEASE let her know how spicey your chili will be so we can tag it. This helps families in choosing for their children. Thank you.

Many have felt left out in giving their candies when the wagons have not travelled to their roads. Feel free to gather at the shelter house & parking lot on North drive, at Iroquois Lake to hand out candy as the wagons get around. The wagons cannot get to all 10 miles of village roads in the time frame allotted. Thank you for understanding.
